Best results, 1 URL / Keyword per cycle, I do vary
the keyword through out the submission, might not
even hurt to hit the sitemap of your site with a small
blog comment blast, but I leave that up to you.

Mostly wordpress blogs, very diverse IP but only
a couple actually touch your domain, it's designed
to hit all of the social platforms, like the new boonex,
phpnuke, phpfox and vblogs... Not really aiming at
your domain... it works surprisingly well

No not quite. The Web 2.0 do act as buffers
for most of the links but not all, to handle the
velocity of links. I have some pretty quality
sites that I'm the only marketer dropping a
link on because I scrape them all with hrefer
and SB myself and have the ability to post to
certain platforms not a lot of people are landing
links on. Like the vBulletin posts, I am actually
embedding a youtube video that I can make
with custom orders. I drop a link in the description
and often times, they rank too!

P.S I know about the thread bump rule, that's why
I stayed within my limits :) Thanks for the heads up
