What are the average OBL?

Can you do a low OBL package...i am not interested in over 50 comments?
 
Ordered a package to test the water, am interested in seeing what the OBL's are like as i have asked the OP to keep them as low as poss.
 
Ok, I have received a report for package 5 (138 backlinks) and here's my review:

1. The report included 141 backlinks (3 extra).
2. Out of 141 backlinks, there were only 48 unique domains.
3. Only 128 backlinks were actually alive.
4. Out of 128 live backlinks, there were only 45 unique domains.
5. Not all backlinks had the anchor I wanted: 27 had url or some other text as a backlink.
6. Comments themselves were not relevant to the blog post content. Looks like a collection of generic comments.
7. Blog posts were not fresh, some from years 2008-2009, consequently OBL is pretty high on them.

Hey, i just check your report 135 links found 3 are missing & in report 68 unique domains, 90% of pages are fresh all comments are good i don't know why you write this review, anyway i sent you an email if you found any problem so i will solve it.
