tl;dr: New Sales platform. Purpose built towards BST Sellers. Fuck Wufoo, sign up for news of launch here.

I'd just like to say first off that this isn't going to be a sales thread full of marketing speech where I stick "Reloaded" or "Insert your favourite super hero here" into it. I'm here to advertise a kick-ass product that I know pretty much every BST Seller will benefit from (+ people who offer services elsewhere). I'm just basically going to list things I know you all do using different long-winded methods, and explain how this unified system will help you.

What is it?
Essentially it's a Marketing, Sales and Delivery Platform. Basically think of it as making it so you can stop using your shitty Wufoo forms to take orders, then take those orders into a spreadsheet to micromanage to then have to look up peoples emails to email them results - you can do it all via one system. Why the fuck are people still doing all of that separately?

The truth is Wufoo is simply meant to collect form data; that's it. It was never meant as a sales platform, they just added payments and you guys all jumped on it because it was the easiest thing around. A real sales platform emails people who drop off at the paypal stage to remind them to complete their order.

Here are a few random screenshots before we continue:

I could do more, but you get the idea.

Ordering / Fulfilment
The platform has a built in formbuilder(http://cl.ly/image/1s2k470k2A1y) where you can build the form to collect required information for your service, think Wufoo. The problem with Wufoo comes when take your order, you're on your own; not anymore.

The customer is emailed a report/receipt, and the provider (you) has the order added to your dashboard. You and the customer can message each other via a commenting system on their report/your dashboard if order clarification is needed, with everything being neatly recorded and attached to the order for record keeping. You also attach files to the order which will instantly be sent to the customer (reports etc), you don't need to dig out their email, or have customers bother you in 2 weeks once they have lost their report.

Tired of having people ask you for reports when you don't offer them for "Service X"? Just tell us you don't offer reports when creating the service in your dashboard, and we'll make sure to clarify that on the order page.

Obviously in your admin dashboard you can filter orders too. So if you want to find all uncompleted/completed orders that's just one click. If you want to find all John Smith's orders for "LinkWheel Fireworks Vs Batman Reloaded", that's just a search away. You can find all orders in a certain date range. You get the idea.

Marketing
We provide coupons on an amount basis, or a percentage basis. You can limit coupons to only work on a certain service, give them an expiry date - all of that jazz.

We also offer what we call customer groups. You can set up criteria such as average order value, minimum number of orders, total amount spent, people who ordered service 'X'. We then keep these groups updated as new orders come in.

Let's say you're launching service Y, it's the V2 of service X so you want to email them all and let them know. Easy. Done. Want to give certain people a coupon? Done.

Oh, we also email people who complete your form but then drop out over at PayPal. It happens more than you think. We simply send them an email 24hrs later with the option to finish off their order at the click of a buton. More conversions = more money in your pocket.

Reporting
We give you all kinds of reporting. You can filter by all kinds of properties, custom url parameters, country of origin, service, date-range, etc. If you want to know how much money you made on "Sparkly Links" from people in Zimbabwe on Christmas Day, then this is your platform.

Conclusion
I know a lot of you are probably thinking "I don't need to know when Adashe from Zimbabwe places an order". I hear you, you probably don't. But you probably want us to get you more sales by converting customers who drop out at the payment stage.

You probably want to just be able to click on an order, upload a report and then mark it as complete rather than having to send an email and edit two spreadsheets, and skype Joe. That's completely fine too, because...

I'm going to offer this platform at the same cost of Wufoo monthly or something. It's literally going to be a no-brainer to use this purpose built platform.

I've got some users in beta already and I've not heard one negative thing yet. If you sell any kind of service, just enter your damn email on the following page so I can let you know when we launch.

If anybody wants to jump on the system early and test this thing out with the next run of their BST, I'd be extremely grateful. I'll be getting more beta users into the system in the next week. I'm open to feature suggestions / questions too, post away!

As a customer, I LIKE to see wufoo used. Especially since I know a WF user isn't managing the data behind the order form.

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at.

Do you mean payment details? All of that is handled by third part payment-processers anyway. If you're talking about normal form data, then the data is only shown to the relevant provider as is the case with Wufoo.

To answer the question of whether we'll support dropdowns on forms with options that add to the order price, yes - we do.

If anybody has any other questions, fire away.

I'm in.

But i'll need some new service in order to test this, do you see? I won't switch any of my ongoing services from Wufoo.

Good luck

Not a problem. I saw you signed up to the list anyway. I'll be sure to personally reach out to you when everything is finalized.

Jake's great work has saved me many hours and dollaz before, so I'm sure this is going to be good.

Subscribed to the news list, and frankly I was just about to start looking for something similar. Looking forward!

Somebody was having issues subscribing to the MailChimp form via my LP (not quite sure why).

Therefore if interested, I suggest signing up directly on MailChimp using this link.

Seems really interesting, looking forward to this after the first skype convo, I smell something that will be serious competition to the average-joe formbuilders ;)

1 - Can we get the option to make the customer choose if they will subscribe or not?

2 - If they subscribe, also the option to like give a trial period feature from paypal. Like $10 this month then $7 next month onwards if they continue to subscribe.

One hell of a breakthrough. No more excel for my sites, nice program sir

1. Planned, but not for launch. Over the next month or so after launch I plan to add subscriptions, stripe checkout and 2checkout. Launch will just be straight up PayPal, as after asking users; it's all that 90% of them use anyway.

2. Not given this any thought. Will do so and discuss demand with people.

This thing is now LIVE, check it out. ServiceIgniter - Create. Market. Deliver.. If you use Wufoo or the sorts to handle taking your orders currently, I highly suggest you give it a go; you won't be disappointed. The feedback I have so far has been nothing but positive.

Everybody that signed up to the previous list, I'm going to talk to you individually and get you setup with an account and guide you through things. If anybody wants to discuss more of the features or anything, please drop me a PM.

Do you plan to add 2CO support to this? I mean something like multiple payment support system.

Poked around yesterday, looks very good. Once you add 2CO, Mailchimp and tweak some things about the email notifications, this will be a killer.
