Essential Pumpers is a linkbuilding service that gets your site a mini-net of manually built web properties backed by thousands of automated links. It's an extremely diverse and "trendy" link package - each customer gets profiles on web's most popular sites, portfolio pages, social media aggregator links, list creation links and much more, along with the regular contextual platforms.
In addition, every now and then I'm adding an exclusive place to drop your links, like a newspaper profile or a little-known membership site. These are usually not abused by spammers at all, so the first customers that get them enjoy the best effect.
One of the main tricks of Essential Pumpers is that each order takes after an organic collection of profiles and blogs that belong to what I call a "niche enthusiast" - a persona that connects everything with the same name, location and similar imagery. It's awesome for local SEO since most of the platforms I use allow location tweaking, and it's equally great for starting a reputation management campaign, since they are all connected (and I got some more tricks up my sleeve for ORM orders). A lot of people including myself use these links to get a website going and they are amazing in the long run.

Penguin?
So there's been a Penguin update and SERPs are still changing every day.
Naturally I can't look inside the black box, but Essential Pumpers are designed to be under the radar of such updates.
Anchor distribution is very diverse, because each order gets at least 50% of URL anchors by default. If you are worried that your link sources will be 'disavowed' by thousands of other webmasters and devalued you're on the safe side here as well, because Goog can't afford devaluing domains like Wordpress.Com, Pinterest, Tumblr or YouTube, since it'd be missing out on a big part of the internet pretty much. The link type diversity plays a big role too - in each order there are some nofollow links, some redirects and even plain text mentions.
Sure, there's some more hard action going on @ the second tier of links, but I am still very careful about the anchor ratio there. The worst case scenario is that your Tier 2 links will get slightly devalued (if they get into multiple disavow reports). To counter that, I make sure I scrape fresh target lists for my automated blasts every once in a while.
To sum it up: these links are pretty much evergreen, because they come from places where brands and people are expected to be. There will hardly ever be a case that a site with ONLY Essential Pumpers as backlinks will get slapped; if anything, the service is tuned for safety rather than fast action.
