On almost every server offer I post, I get asked about mailing things. Here is some information on the most common questions and answers.

Mailer Questions:

Q: Can I use a box like this for mailing?
A: No. I use a different DC and boxes for mailers. More forgiving.

Q: You take all mailers?
A: No. Opt in only. Those who do it slow, steady, and grief to a minimum.

Q: If I am an opt-in mailer, what happens after I get a few complaints?
A: You need to be using tracking software, remove the complainer.

Q: What if I get SPAMHAUS listing?
A: Then you have gotten careless. Colombia necktie.

Q: Will you kill ALL my boxes because of one fuck up?
A: No. However, there are smart opt-in mailers, and spammers.

Q: Do I need to set up separate accounts for my boxes?
A: No. I also recommend you be honest about what you are doing.

Q: What is your DMCA policy?
A: If I recive a DMCA, you remove their shit. If you don't, I will.

Q: Can I use boxes for porn?
A: Yes. Legal porn. Questions? Contact me.

Q: Can I use boxes for tubes? Including traffic type tubes?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you take PayPal or EPASS?
A: Yes.

Q: How long does it take box to get set up?
A: Varies by in-stock and not.

Q: Can I get 30 IP's?
A: Yes. Be honest about what you need them for.

Q: Do you have an adult brand, and a mainstream brand? I do not want to be associated with adult.
A: We are splitting the company in two brands now for there to be that separation. Short answer, yes.

The point being, you business is your own. My business is my own. However, if your business overflows into my business (i.e. your 'doings' start showing up on my radar via complaints) then you will have forced my hand to do something about it to remain in compliance. Especially, in regards to SPAM or DMCA complaints. That said, I recommend to any client you be honest about what you are doing upfront.

I believe that answers most of the common questions I get asked repeatedly on Wicked Fire about servers and set ups. At least in regards to DEDI and mailers. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact me directly, or privately.

I thought the servers looked familiar. Since you're using the same datacenter as me, I'll tell my vps clients who outgrow their service to check you out... I don't mess with dedicated/managed full servers and normally just send them directly to the datacenter and recommend a few system admins to contact. This will make their lives easier.

Thanks buddy.

I only do managed web hosting. Any offer you see of mine, is managed. Right now I do not offer an unmanaged solution. Although some clients do have ROOT access, and do things themselves on their boxes.

But we are available should they need something installed, tweaked, etc..
 
Some additional notes:

* All of our dedicated boxes are 100% FULLY MANAGED. Anything you need, you simply submit a support ticket and we'll get it handled for you. We do not offer an unmanaged option at this time.

Sorry bud. Nope.

I do use multiple data centers to spread out my mainstream, and adult clients. I also have one I use for those that are SMART mailers. However, I do not provide for Xrumer. Sorry.

Sorry. No CPanel.

You can opt for DirectAdmin, or an alternative, but no CPanel offered. With managed web hosting, you really only need to submit a ticket anyway. Let support earn their pay.
