I just outsourced 2 pretty big pieces of a project to WF Members Digga and Radio. Both of these guys nailed the specs perfectly, and I felt their performance was definitely thread-worthy.
Digga handled the design of the blog; and by design, I mean he did EVERYTHING from customizing the theme, to adding and configuring of plugins. And he knocked it out in a weekend.
Radio put together the header for the blog, and aced the design in his first try... for $10 fucking dollars! I've paid $100 just to have the designer go back 10 times and redo shit.
