Good luck - you are one of MANY! They don't answer their phones during business hours - they respond when they feel like it - not user friendly at all -

Hey Guys,

I just wanted everyone to know that 90% of the 86 people who work here are available 24-7 on AIM, e-mail, phone, MSN, etc. Each of the reps are highly trained in their specific traffic types - they aren't just a general rep. You can talk to them everyday if you need to - they are always available on AIM/MSN/email/phone...

Also, you can always get us on the general AIM: CLICKBOOTH and the general phone number: 941.483.4188; both are found on our website. Also, there is a Live Support page you can fill out at our site. All you need to do is load up the Clickbooth.com page and you can find all this information.

If you need help, post your CD# or PM me with the email address you use in the network and I can help you guys out with anything.

You can get me on AIM: LisaIntegraClick if you have any further questions.

They are saying that Spam filters are the reason they ignore email? I dont work with them, but this would be a huge issue if I did....

They owe me a bunch of payments and don't respond to any phone calls or emails. If you contact them on AIM all they do is lie to you.

They do actually have spam filter problems. I don't receive emails from my rep, never have, she has to send to my gmail account.

Also, could you post a full list of the 77 AMs who are always available on AIM?

Hey dre...

It is a very rare occurrence for this to happen, but your account was put under review by compliance on May 2nd. Your site and your traffic pattern were very similar to another account that was found to be fraudulent, so we had to investigate. We have a network of over 16,000 publishers and never typically have more than 5 publishers under review. Our turnaround time is typically between 4 and 5 days for under reviews – the only reason it might be longer is if the advertisers do not get back to us with more details into the reviewed traffic. We are very adamant and realize we have zero room for error when it comes to making decisions on peoples traffic. We openly involve multiple sources of information as well as multiple technical systems before we make a decision – we can never be wrong because our reputation is at stake with both our publishers and advertisers.

Also, I checked into your account and noticed that the first reason for the delay in payment was due to the fact that your W-9 wasn't turned in until March 20th, which was past the cut off date for payment of February's commissions (All standard publisher payments from our company are made net-15, which is one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry, over 90% of our traffic is paid out weekly though). The late W-9 submission in turn, delayed your payment until the month of April’s payment cycle. In order to give you some more insight into our payment systems: We do 4 payment cycles a month for publishers that generate over $10k a week, we do 2 payment cycles a month (to catch late W-9 submissions such as this) for publishers that generate over $1k a month, and we do 1 payment cycle for publishers that generate less than $1k a month.

This also explains the reasons for the review. Before we pay anyone their very first commission payment from us, we perform an initial "mini" review, and this is when we caught your traffic pattern. It was then sent to compliance for a full review, which is being performed as I type.

Is that the excuse your using this month. One week I got on AIM they say the payments going out today the next day they say something different. Most garbage company ever. Make up something new every week to avoid paying you.

Hey guys,

I have worked with 4 or 5 different people there, and they are all nice and friendly. They make sure you get taken care of; they appreciate your business. They can get really busy, but you will get taken care of. If Lisa here offers to help, I would take her up on it. She will get you in contact with whoever you need to get in contact with.

Dre, I don't know what your case is with them, but if they say you are under review, then you are. They are a reputable company and are not looking to screw you over. I suggest you work it out with them.

You guys owe me money from January but yet no one said anything about fraud until what? Two weeks ago. If it was a problem with my account something should have been said immediately. I made a bunch of calls and sent emails over the last 10 weeks and as early as 3 weeks ago people were saying I would get paid that same day or the next day.

Now all of a sudden I am being investigated. Still doesn't explain why I have not been paid my earlier payments since according to my numbers my account has been under review for only two weeks, unless it was under review the whole time and you guys lied so I could keep promoting your company which is probably the case. That must be part of the policy too.

I turned my W-9 in in January. I know that for a fact and even if I didn't, it still doesn't explain why I didn't get paid in April.

Good News dre!

Edit by Eli: Nothing is more pathetic than an affiliate network who blatantly breaks privacy code and publizes their members earnings on a public forum.

Wait for Jon for the big ol' boot in the ass. :)

Engaged,

Any time a fraud issue occurs, the advertisers are fully aware. In fact, we couldn't even identify fraud if it weren't for them.

Furthermore, we use a 3rd party tracking system (Direct Track) because we are big on transparency. It is very important to both advertisers and publishers that we can't play with the numbers.

There is no way we can claim fraud and keep money for ourselves. The system won't allow it. I can't imagine any honest company doing business that way.

Kingrage,

First of all, nice job with doing the math.

Second of all, I never said the 77 people who are available 24/7 were AM's. What I said was, "90% of the 86 people who work here are available 24/7." That did not mean to imply that they were all AM's. We have many other people in each department from Compliance to Accounting to IT to Advertiser Reps. I was simply stating the fact that 90% of them are available at all times so if there is ever a problem in any of the departments, someone can always be reached to fix the issue. It keeps the company running smoothly so your business can run smoothly as well.

Lastly, I am not sure if you have noticed how I do things in other forums, but I rarely, if ever, post the contact info for the other AM's - I always PM the info to the person asking. Having people asking random AM's their questions would cause confusion as each AM is familiar with only their accounts and are experts in their particular traffic type...funneling your questions through me streamlines the process for all of us. I try to keep it simple for everyone by answering the person's question right there on the spot.

Each publisher has their own dedicated rep - each Affiliate Manager's contact info is right there on the top of the page when you log into your clickbooth account. If you have a question regarding anything, contact the AM or contact me directly - I will help you with all of your questions.
