I'm having a hard time finding several offers to split test. Can anyone recommend a network with a few or several networks with good ones?

MediaWhiz has like 5 or 6 I'd say... in the $8 - $20 range -- Was browsing them all last night.

No personal experience with either but these two were, a couple years ago, the big payday players.

'Chipmunk' on here is a good guy to PM re: payday.

I would exclude LeadPoint, they don't have an active market place for payday loans.
You can submit leads, but they will pretty much be left unsold.
 
We have a couple at Ymultimedia.com. A couple of high paying offers. If you are intrested Pm me and I can get you going.
 
If you are doing any sort of national leads with paid advertising it's also a good idea to go with someone that will pay you based on the geo of the lead. For most lead types the prices per state vary significantly and if you are getting paid a flat rate you are leaving money on the table. You get paid a different rate per state you can segment your campaigns per state and look for what states to cut off.

I've only had experience with Leadflash, very helpful, tons of offers and they pay.

I chatted with him today, at least 4 people recommended I talk to him if I want to get into this space, thats a solid rep
