Yeah, I agree with bb_wolfe. You should definitely talk to a rep with Pulse, it will help you get moving in the right direction.
Ask for Joe. He has a user id here and has made some threads with his info in it. Not sure what they are off hand. Very very good guy to work with! He will make you rich or die trying.

Definitely get a rep. The P360 guys are money hungry and greedy and I love them for it.
Does your offer have a decent CPA? Dont bother if you're running a $5 CPA or an email submit crap campaign.. get a solid $35-$75 CPA into the pulse and you'll kick ass.
Now keep in mind, the top advertisers like on MSNBC and FOXNEWS, CNN etc have the top 5 positions locked. Theyre mostly by the same 5-10 rich bastards who bid so high it's nearly impossible to get in unless you closely monitor the time of day their ads turn on, and get your ads in during the hours theyre not there, which sucks because you go into knowing the only available hours for you are not converting for Mr. Rich Bastard or he'd be in that time slot.
So, your best bet is to find lower volume sites (e.g. MSN messenger) etc and start rolling there.
I know one bastard making about 100K a day on P360.. he runs 4 ads, 2 of the ads cover the costs of all 4 running, he makes his profits on the other 2. It works, but unless you have 5-10K right off the bat to really get into it, don't bother, P360 is really a high roller's hangout and like Gordon Gekko said, you can't piss in the weeds with the big dogs without cashola.

i dont have anything to say about pulse360, but this video is really the best thing ever
most of the typical stuff works very well here (teeth, biz op, wrinkle, diet etc). alot of the top spots are a bit saturated but our network is VERY much all about CTR. if your CTR is good than you can get up there and take those top spots away.
I would also like to see some new stuff come in and take off here but that is up to you guys

you can start with a budget as low as 50.00. but i recommend at least 500 just so we can test some stuff.

Cmon Joe, $500 is gonna go in two seconds. Let's be realistic here. Unless you plan on putting him in MSNBC-SIBERIA.COM somewhere.
it could be if your bidding aggressive and in aggressive topics. if your not as aggressive it can go longer. Its really depends on what you want to do.
make sure you are working with a rep so we can tweak your traffic. if you buy or whole network its less likely to work than if you focus on areas that have proven to be effective.
