For the past two months I have been promoting an offer.
Sending them 1,000+ leads daily. It was a offer with around 15 fields.
The traffic was all google ppc. The traffic was sent to a landing page where they filled out their name and email and clicked submit. The submit button brought them to the offer.

The advertiser is saying that the leads are no good and they do not want to pay. I followed all the guidelines of the offer. I did not break any stipulation posted on the offer on the network. I was on weekly wires with the network but they now owe me for 1 week which is over 20k, which they are saying i may not get paid because the advertiser was not happy with the leads.

Can they actually not pay me? I didnt break any rules for promoting the offer. Shouldnt the advertiser and network monitor heavy traffic like that to make sure it is converting for them?

I have alot of expenses out of that 20k, and I do not plan on taking a hit like that. I do intend on taking legal action if I am not paid.

The network does say they are on my side and are fighting for my money, but I feel like they are going to screw me.

Can anyone provide ay insight?

If you read the networks terms and conditions that you signed up with it pretty much protects the network from having to pay you for any reason.

20k a week. I would have asked for daily or every other day wires but I don't know what network you are talking about.

Good luck getting daily payments with 20k a week Penguin.

OP: Most reputable networks will take the hit. Or that has been my experience. But if you are clean, and they still aren't going to pay you, I've heard a little public exposure might help. But definitely make sure to exhaust all other options first.

And yes, I realize networks are covered through their terms, doesn't mean that a lot of them follow them to the t.

you should make sure you talk to your AM's higher ups, sometimes AM's do misscommunicate

You've clearly never made much...20k a week ain't much.

Anyways the network your working with should pay for the leads even if they get screwed since it seems like you are obeying their TOS. All depends on the network though I guess, some are more stingy than others.

God you sound like a little jerk. if he's pocketing 5k of that 20k a week that's the salary of a dentist (and they make bank). so chilax mr. I am a millionaire but hang around silly forums for fun!

Just to let you know. networks sometimes get paid UP FRONT for the leads (unless they're a small network) so don't worry about anyone "swallowing" the money. They've already paid the network and the network can decide to give you the money instead of keeping it for the next lead generator. the buyer never get's the money back.

Harass until they give you the money. and then tell us about it.

Get off your high horse you smug POS.

BTP32 - you should get paid, no question. If the network tries not to pay you, I would definitely take legal action.

Why are you guys hatin' on Bryn? He's right, 20k/wk isn't that much when talking about dailys...

thedamian -- millionaire? you dont sound like you really know how things work. Advertisers rarely pre-pay networks.

This guy sounds like he should get paid, especially if all the leads were legit and from a solid channel like search.

dont wait around -- start making calls into the highest levels of that network.

Good luck

2.5 years in business and as of today only 1 network (COPEAC) failed to paid me. Around 15k for a week of earnings. Everything was legit, they did not provide me too much info, just that the advertiser did not paid because of quality and that's it, no follow up, nothing, no payment. Anyway, I move on and moved my traffic to other networks and will never work with them again. When I think of the money I get mad as hell, still very piss off.

If you didn't do anything wrong and followed the TOS the network should pay you. Do not settle for your AM's answer or responses. I'm sure you can find the owner of the network and explain whats going on. If all else fails you should take legal action.

lol, I see what Bryn is sayin, a lot of people run volume.. but still...20k is a lot of money. What kind of world do you live in, where 20k isnt a lot of money? I personally would not be able to handle a hit like that, but I'm no where near big time. He most likely has at least 12k expenses out of that, so thats spending 12k for nothing. Unless your banking a half mill a week, 12k is a good substantial amount of money, and best believe I'd be doing everything in my power to get that back.

I'm glad you brought this one up, I would of too if I lost 15k from a network, and got that response.

Come on man, 20k is at least respectable that's gotta put you in like the top 1-2% of all affiliate marketers. Not everyone starts out making a lot and some times you're doing good and you lose a few offers and that can easily kill some weeks.

Probably worded that wrong, I meant it isn't so much that you need daily wires or whatever.
