Your favorite CPA affiliate networds?

So I'm probably going to sign up with most of these, but I would just like to get an idea of which are your favorite by listing them in order from best to worst in terms of offers, customer support, usability, etc.

-Copeac
-Aquasis Media
-Neverblue
-Ads4Dough
-IncentaClick
-CPA Empire
-XY7
-Advaliant
-AzoogleAds

I also have one other question...
How do you manage having all of these networks and do you just choose like 2 to use and sign up with all of them to have access to certain offers. What do you do?

Also, didn't see the other part of your question. Well typically, I make sure to sign up to as many legitimate networks there are. Then I would split-test offers I am interested in. I would run the same offer from 4/5 networks simultaneously. After each landing page gets about 1,000 clicks; I would compare results. Figure out with which network is my conversation rate and final earnings higher. And go with that network for that offer.

Why you would do this is because the offer's payout may vary from network to network. Not only that, but the scrub/shave sometimes varies also. So it's always a good idea to split-test; so you can optimize your earnings.
 
1) Ads 4 Dough / CPA Empire. Either Are good.
2) Max Bounty
3) Advaliant
4) Copeac
5) Never Blue Ads

No thanks to Hydra, No Ty to CX Digi and no way Azoogle.

Maybe one day! Until then we will keep trying, and taking notes I guess.

When I was just doing my affiliate stuff I used Hydra for the bulk of my traffic, great network.
 
I like Maxbounty, but it's not on the list.

I'd like to try out Hydra but I still don't have a login despite the person I last talked to on the phone telling me I was approved. :(
