Is Google Adwords still blocking affiliates?

It is been a while I used Google adwords. They banned me around 2009. Are they still blocking affiliates. Anybody successfully running their ads in Google after they got banned?
 


Just try and open an account and see what happens. It only takes a minute or two to setup.
 
Google doesnt hate affiliates as much as people on here say they do. Google hates REBILL affiliates, however people promoting CPS or lead gen offers, they are more than willing to help. Dont push rebills or spammy ringtones/ipad offers and you will be fine.

Thanks for the replies. I opened a account now. I will follow Bevo Ryan suggestions.Let us see how that goes.
 
I was using adwords for a pay per call campaign that was like a 300% ROI before the offer got pulled, no problems what so ever... I was directly linking to a mobile phone number. As mentioned before, they are good with CPS type offers and non-rebill stuff, other stuff bring elsewhere. PPV is good, I'm testing a beta PPV spy tool now, it's wrw for ppv. :)
