Am i the only one that feels that if we are NOT in violation of any terms and conditions, that it should be completely irrelevant if XM pays CX or not, and that we should still get paid.
If CX doesn't get paid, then they can go ahead and sue XM to collect their money, but that really should not affect them paying us. Our deal is with CX and those who followed the rules, spent their hard earned money on ads, only to find out that we will not get paid if CX doesn't get paid.
This is very bad business. If i was a real estate developer, and hired a company to build a house for me that i planned on selling. Does this mean that if i am unable to sell the house, once built, i dont have to pay the company i hired to build it???
They don't care whether i can sell it or not, its not their problem, as in this case, whether CX gets paid or not is not OUR problem, its CX's. And unless they are completely broke and don't have the money to pay up, then it is their responsibility to take care of the affiliates that play by the rules and are due money.
Just my 2 cents.
